Back when I was studying at the Conservatory of Music,
my best friend was Ginger Tea.
It's a great throat soother before and after singing.
It helps calm nerves for those of us that had stage fright.
Oh yes, stage fright!
No matter how often I perform on stage I still have it.
Ginger Tea
is back in my life again.
I am suffering from GERD,
and I now have to give up my love for coffee.
I also have given up caffeinated coffee when I was diagnosed
with Arrhythmia,
and have switched to drinking decaffeinated coffee.
Now,
I have to totally banish coffee in my life.
So hello to you again Ginger Tea!
Ginger acts as a digestive aid.
It is commonly used to soothe upset stomach, nausea, and motion and travel sickness.
There are so many conflicting suggestions on how to control GERD.
All I know is, this has worked for my family through years and I find it working for myself now.
